I always think that I don't get very much exercise on the road.
Yet I almost always lose (an insignificant amount of) weight.
It's my first worktravel with my fitbit. I haven't been walking that much. It's a plane-travel day. Many fewer trips to the ballroom than I usually make.
And I've already hit 10,000 steps.
Which is what I usually hit in a day with normal activity PLUS a 6.5 mile run.
So I guess that explains that.
The walking (with a bag) plus the occasional inability to eat. And stress.
It's just that easy!
