pen_gruntOur plane had to be changed today, because it was infested with ticks.
Some people had gone camping and had then found ticks on themselves and on the plane (presumably this was before we boarded the plane).
The plane change caused a minor delay and a gate change, and the pilot felt the need to explain the EXACT reason to everyone. Of course, everyone started sort of unconsciously looking for ticks and scratching themselves--despite the ticks now being (presumably) not on our plane.
Ugh. I'm not a tick-phobic, but I'm not sure I'm ready to be in an enclosed space with an infestation...
And now I'm in Atlanta.
