I think this crib looks like futuristic baby-jail:

Which is hilarious. (And kind of ugly.)

This is the pod where we harvest our infants!

I would never spend that much on a crib. Ever. Ever. EVER.
1. It's a crib. Not a used car.
2. Kids are rough on cribs.
3. Do you know how many cheap, new cribs there are on craigslist with the description, "My baby hated the crib and never slept here..."? TONS.
4. That's just super-ridiculous.

I cannot entirely decide whether I think it's ugly or not.

I think what's setting me off is the flower pattern vents in the acrylic pieces. I would like it more if they were all horizontal or all vertical.

I think it looks cool. But no way would I spend so much on one!! :X

D never banged up her crib. She would sit in there like it was a cage she knew was futile to try break free from. She just used her vocal chords...was far more effective/efficient way of energy use to get out! ;) So, we were one of those on craig's list screaming, please take it away, our kid hates it!!

I *do* think I actually spent that much (roughly) on my last CAR. Ridiculous!

I have *very* few friends who had kids that loved the crib...I'm cautiously optimistic, but only about $50-$100 optimistic.
