Project "I made quilt squares!"

I totally effed up my back sitting and doing this! Because pregnant-back is fickle. Hope I don't go into labor today, because the mind is willing but the body is unready. Seriously, walking is no bueno. It'll be fine in a half-day or so with stretching and a hot blanket. (Odds are that I won't go into labor today, don't worry.)
These are my grandpa's old work shirts, cut into 5" squares (there's a stack of 4" square scraps, too).
Now to turn them into something. Something sloppy and raggish--not only because that matches my skill level (and lack thereof) but because it's a comforting, raggy fabric.
It'll be some sort of baby blanket/quilt thing. And I have enough scraps to (probably) make two additional, small baby blanket things for my cousin's imminent twins. They won't be the prettiest blankets, but they'll be meaningful. It's a good starter project for this type of thing, I think. It doesn't have to be amazing or totally perfect.
