To eat or not to eat.
Jan. 3rd, 2008 12:02 pmI have leftover lobster truffle mac and cheese from yesterday's lunch. It's been refrigerated mostly properly (I had to leave it in the near-freezing car for an hour, but I think that counts). However, I'm a little squeamish about re-heating something with shellfish in it. should I eat it today, or throw it out?
