I have leftover lobster truffle mac and cheese from yesterday's lunch. It's been refrigerated mostly properly (I had to leave it in the near-freezing car for an hour, but I think that counts). However, I'm a little squeamish about re-heating something with shellfish in it. should I eat it today, or throw it out?

Meh.

I'm afraid of food, so that's why I voted that.

Frankly, I'm surprised I'm even considering it. I won't eat leftover/reheated anything. It's just that this was soooooo, so very good.

the odds are very much in your favor (assuming your car was that cold). But how much do you want to eat it?

Well, it was about 2 degrees out yesterday (when it was in the car for an hour) but I'm assuming the car wasn't that cold, being insulated and all.

I decided to risk it (truffles! lobster! cheese!) and I haven't died yet--so it's looking good.

There are some things that just dont reheat well and though it would proably be ok, I would err on the side of caution and toss
