The last concert I went to was...oh...probably Bob Dylan when I was about 18 or so.
This is how Derrick told me:
D: "Woody [his friend] says that he's taking you on a date October 3rd..."
Me: *Confused*
D: "Well, I get to come too, but he still says it's your date."
It makes sense since *I* was the one who jumped at getting the tickets when Woody suggested it. That and, well, I'm not going to turn down being a date for a man who just lost his wife.
