And yet...
Dec. 9th, 2007 01:29 amSOME accomplishment. All the presents (that we have so far) are wrapped.
No fancy tags-ribbons-and-bows matching the wrapping paper this year. No candy canes tied ingeniously to the packaging with raffia and mountains of curling ribbon. I'm just too lazy. I've resorted to wrapping things not because the wrap is the most appropriate but, rather, because I want to use up ALL my old rolls. My Christmas plaid used to be reserved for the men in my family (oh, soooo appropriate, trust me), but now my little baby niece has green plaid presents too. Whatever.
I was getting to the point where I would wrap something, then (once completely wrapped) I would forget what present it was and who it was going to. I think my brain is going. That explains everything.
